Top 40 Songs of 2011
37 – Rocketeer – Far East Movement feat. Ryan Tedder
The song didn’t prove to be as massive as Far East Movement‘s previous hit Like a G6, but I still say it is a success since the song’s audience is wider and more varied.
I mentioned in my post about Rocketeer months ago that the hook sounds like something Bruno Mars would sing. As it turns out, Bruno Mars is part of the lyrics/music team that created the song.
