12 – Pawiin – BBS feat. Kean Cipriano and Jay Durias
BBS, whose main members are Darwin Hernandez of Soupstar and Rye Sarmiento of 6cyclemind, is really short for Big Band Syndicate. As the name implies, the band would be composed of big names from the vocals, to the guitars to the drums. Out of the first album Ctrl+Alt+Delete+Restart, where Kean Cipriano is featured as the main vocalist, comes Pawiin with Jay Durias of South Border in keyboards and vocals. I especially enjoy how different Kean’s and Jay’s vocal styles are. Kean’s vocals are more expressive of the emotions he wishes to convey; on the other hand, Jay’s smooth vocals tend to attract you inwards until you become part of the song.

The refrain of the song "Lagi" sounds like "Nevermind" (a song in the 80's)..
Yes, it does. There’s a keyboard solo just before the first verse starts (around the 0:50 mark) that sounds very much like the melody of Lagi’s chorus.
