Angeline Quinto - Kunin Mo Na ang Lahat sa Akin

Kunin Mo Na ang Lahat sa Akin just might be the only song revival I have on my Top 20 OPM yearender countdown. This arrangement of this song draws out the drama from the song and from Angeline Quinto‘s voice. The almost silent piano backing at the start and the way she sustains her notes work together to bring out the plea she is making with the lyrics. Even the slight pauses seem to indicate a half-sob. I actually like Angeline better here than in Patuloy ang Pangarap.

Now, who made it to the top 10 OPM hits of 2011? Let’s take a look at the Top 10 OPM songs of 2011.

The refrain of the song "Lagi" sounds like "Nevermind" (a song in the 80's)..

Yes, it does. There’s a keyboard solo just before the first verse starts (around the 0:50 mark) that sounds very much like the melody of Lagi’s chorus.
