Christian Bautista may have rose to popularity as the dashing balladeer that he is, but in his song Unphotographable, a single from his highly-anticipated album First Class: Outbound Expanded Edition, the Asian pop sensation tries on a different and more exciting sound.
Unphotographable mixes Christian’s vocals with more dance and electro elements. The combination isn’t too extreme to turn off existing fans. Nor does the song try too hard to gain the favor of those who aren’t yet fans.
In fact, I think that with this track, Christian Bautista as an artist shows that he is not one-dimensional, a trap balladeers should try not to get caught in. After ten years in the business, Christian shows that he can still be counted on to release something refreshing.
Watch the music video for the remix of Unphotographable below. In the Raymund Isaac-directed music video, Christian Bautista is joined by Sarah Meier-Albano, a supermodel who has a romantic affair with music herself.
