“Tanong Lang”: AJKA asks a question, do you have an answer?

Tanong Lang is the song that made winners of AJKA in the 2010 Nescafe 3-in-1 Soundskool. The song is also the lead single from the group’s debut EP Undefined.
Instead of a love song that says “I love you” directly, Tanong Lang reveals to us the thoughts that run through a girl’s mind when she finally decides to say those three words to a guy. “Hindi ka ba nagtatanong kung bakit ikaw ang nasabihan ko nito?” the song asks while implying how special and how sincere those three words are.

Tanong Lang also best highlights the band’s own sound with pop, jazz, funk, and rock all coming together. My favorite part of the song is the instrumental that comes near the 2-minute mark.
