Justin Recommends: “Someone Like You” by Adele

After Rolling in the Deep, Adele excites us more as she performs Someone Like You live on “Later… with Jools Holland”. Someone Like You is another song coming from her new album 21 to be released early next year.

One of the many things I like about Adele is how she really sings with emotion. Just watch the clip above and notice how her body language and facial expressions reveal emotions coming from inside. Apart from that, her vocal dynamics hint of the sincerity in her singing. The lyrics of the song, along with Adele’s exceptional singing, will make Someone Like You a personal song to many people (and it just might leave them with tears in their eyes). This remains to be one of the sweetest, saddest songs about heartbreak I’ve ever heard. “Sometimes it lasts in love but sometimes it hurts instead.”
